AP series
novel epoxy tenacity enhancer is a macromolecular material
with active groups on the both ends of the molecules. It mixes
well with epoxy resin. When mixed into low viscosity bisphenol
A epoxy resin in certain ratio, it can crosslink with curant
for epoxy resin to become a part of the epoxy resin molecule
and gives tenacity to the cured product. Depending on the
desired tenacity, the amount to use can be 10% to 30%. Usual
curing process for epoxy resin can be used. The cured product
has excellent electric properties and bonding strength.
The
product is odorless, nontoxic light yellow transparent viscous
liquid. It is soluble in acetone and other organic solvents,
but not water; stable under 200. Storage length of time is
the same as epoxy resin.
